Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

2. Return Timeframe

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 07 from the date your order is delivered.

• Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

• Refunds are generally processed within 5 days after the returned item has passed inspection.

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Shipping charges, gift wrapping fees, or other service charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

If you receive the wrong item, an item with a manufacturing defect, or wish to exchange an eligible product for another size or variant (subject to availability), please contact us within 7 days

Exchanges will be processed after the original item has been received and verified. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

We carefully inspect products before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us .

• Photos of the packaging

• A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable resolution.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or operational reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

• Gift cards or digital products

• Personalized or customized items

• Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling after delivery

• Items returned without original packaging or essential components

• Products returned after the allowed return period

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order sent by us, Kidzzcraft will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns requested for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong product, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead follow this Return & Refund Policy, if eligible.
